4. Student Accounts
Upon enrolment, a student account will be created using the email address provided. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials confidential
- Not sharing your account with any other person
- Notifying the school promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account
The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of misuse or breach of these terms.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share course materials, assignments, or feedback with individuals who are not enrolled
- Submit work that is not your own, or misrepresent the origin of submitted work
- Attempt to access or interfere with any part of the platform or its systems
- Use the website or platform for any unlawful purpose
- Reproduce or distribute course content without explicit written permission from the school
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, written content, exercises, and feedback produced by Mongkut AI are the intellectual property of the school and are protected under applicable copyright law.
Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your personal study. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or use of the materials for any other purpose.
Work you submit as part of your programme (assignments, written reviews) remains your intellectual property. By submitting work, you grant the school a licence to review it, provide feedback on it, and retain a copy for administrative purposes.
7. Payment and Fees
Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment. Payment must be received before access to course materials is granted.
Refund policy: If you find within the first 14 days of enrolment that a programme is not suitable for you, please contact the school at [email protected]. We will consider refund requests made within this period on an individual basis. After 14 days, fees are generally non-refundable, though we will discuss the circumstances of any request made in good faith.
The school reserves the right to adjust programme fees. Changes in fees do not affect students who have already enrolled at the previous price.
8. Enrolment and Programme Terms
- Enrolment is personal and non-transferable — access cannot be transferred to another person
- There is no fixed completion deadline, but the school may set a reasonable outer time limit for programme access
- Completion of a programme does not confer a formal qualification, degree, or accreditation
- The school will issue a written acknowledgement of completion upon request for students who have finished all required elements
- Students are expected to maintain academic integrity — submitting work that is genuinely their own
9. Disclaimers
The school's programmes are provided for educational purposes. We make no representation that completion of a programme will lead to any particular employment outcome, professional advancement, or external recognition.
Course materials are provided in good faith and to the best of the school's knowledge. The school does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions in course content, though we will correct errors brought to our attention as promptly as practicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the school's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or a programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
The school shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mongkut AI, its instructors, and its administrative staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website or platform.
12. Termination
The school may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these terms in a material way. We will attempt to provide notice before doing so except where the breach makes immediate action necessary.
You may discontinue use of the platform at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Before pursuing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will respond within 14 working days.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the school regarding use of the website and enrolment in programmes
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
- No waiver: A failure by the school to enforce any term is not a waiver of the right to enforce it subsequently
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email. Continued use of the website or platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
